You can fill in an online form that is sent to an operator in the form of a ticket and you will be responded to immediately with a ticket number and an access code so you can log in any time to check for a reply to your ticket or to update your ticket.
As soon as an operator updates the ticket you will be emailed with a response and a link so you can update the ticket or you can close the ticket if your query has been answered.
